Earl Grey is a 6 x 8 horizontal abstract landscape painting framed in a 6 x 8 acrylic frame.

Created during the tender months of sleepless nights and unpredictable days that followed the birth of my youngest child, the abstract landscape collection reflects my desire to soak up peace and stillness around me everywhere I could as I sought to reflect grace and strength to myself and those around me. In working on this collection, I discovered respite from the beautifully ordinary moments of motherhood as my hands worked with color and texture and painted echoes of nature through memories brought to life.

As I painted I was reminded that places tell our stories. Stories of contentment and longing; stories of stillness and rest, beckoning us to remember who we are and who we are becoming.
