Windswept and Free is a 30 x 40 horizontal acrylic painting on canvas accented with charcoal. 

Characterized by loose brushstrokes and easy movement, Windswept and Free captures the feeling of being unbound and unencumbered. It is my landscape equivalent to the feeling of the little girl who smiles bright and closes her eyes, stretching her arms out as wide as she can, and twirls around and around, her dress and ribbons blowing in the breeze.

Windswept and Free is varnished and finished with hanging hardware attached for immediate display but could also be taken to a professional framer to be finished with a floater frame for a more formal effect.
